Our candidates have been culled from the cream of the crop, and chosen for the following reasons; At least a 4-year college degree. We attract many candidates with MBAs or related degrees. If this is a requirement for your position, just say the word. A minimum of 3 years direct account management responsibility, and/or category analysis experience within the consumer packaged goods industry. Most of our candidates fall in the 5- to 15-year work experience range. Naturally, we only submit candidates whose experience levels fall within your needs. Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal, as well as great presentation skills. Personal computer experience is always double-checked. Due to our own unique real-life experience in this area, we are confident that we probe and test on this issue better than any other search agency in our niche. To suit your job description, candidates will have anything from a minimum of word-processing, spread sheet and e-mail or Internet experience, to presentation and graphics software abilities, to full-blown category management expertise demanding a thorough knowledge of scan-data tools, geo-demographic tools, micro-marketing techniques and database management.
