Finderseekers is a corporate recruiting agency, specializing in sales and marketing positions for the consumer products industry.

Larry Anderson

I have 25 years in the retail industry, and 9 years in the recruiting industry. I focus in the areas of Food, Beverage (both retail and foodservice) and across channels in the CPG industry. My specialiation covers the areas of sales, category, marketing, and operations. I have successfully placed individuals at the VP, Director, Sr Marketing, Brand Manager, Director of National Accounts, National Accounts Manager, and Regional Sales Manager levels.

Larry's Philosophy
"Success in recruiting is dependent on the recruiter listening and getting a strong understanding of the client's goals, and the candidates goals. The challenge being able to find a match of the two. There is an ongoing labor shortage of top talent, but an abundance of recruiters. I strive to be a cut above in my performance, and accept nothing less."

Ed Van Deventer

Following a successful career as an entrepreneur and business owner, Ed Van Deventer joined Finderseekers in 2001.

With more than 30 years experience as CEO, CFO, COO, and President of various companies, I am using my past experiences in placing candidates at these levels, in various industries.

My team is also engaged in searches for directors, managers, scientist, engineers, controllers, for the Pharmaceutical/Medical Device, engines and racing industries.
